We deliver to all areas of mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Ireland.

Standard Products - Can be delivered either on a 24hr or 48hr timescale, this only applies to non-logo'd products. Delivery details can be found within the product pages. Should an order consist of a product which is flagged 24hr and a product flagged 48hr our policy is to deliver the whole order in 48hrs. If you are unsure please call us on (+44) 28 92613882. Orders must be received by 4.30 to qualify for a 24hrs or 48hrs Delivery.
Logo'd Products - Personalised garments can take an average 7 -10 days or 10-14 days during busy seasons.
Delivery is FREE on all orders over £250 (exc VAT).
There will be just one delivery charge for your total order, regardless of how many items you purchase. This is fully refundable in the event of your goods being faulty.
We aim to deliver within 2 days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund.
Your order will be sent by Royal Mail recorded mail or city link couriers or parcel force. Delivery will be between 9am and 5pm. If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery or an address from which you can collect the parcel. You can type a message in the delivery section, at the end of the order, should you wish the parcel to be left without a signature i.e. at the rear of your property or next door etc. Please note we can not accept responsibility for lost goods which are delivered and left without a signature as instructed by the customer.
International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail or Parcel Force. The charge varies according to the weight of the parcel and its destination country. Please call for prices.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging for a refund or exchange. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until you are sure you intend to keep the goods. Please use packaging which will give a similar level of protection as to when you received the goods to ensure the goods are not damaged on the way back to us. Please include the original picking list or Invoice and complete the reverse as instructed, without this we can not refund.
If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please call us on 028 92613882 or email orders@discountworkwear4u.com and we can arrange for a courier to pick the goods up from you. Please note we charge for the collection service, please check with us before returning your item.
Alternatively if it is more convenient for you please take the goods to your local post office and send them back to us.

Goods supplied to order which are modified or produced to your own specified requirements, such as corporate logo's are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Items which feature in our clearance sales are also NON-REFUNDABLE.
