Yes. All samples are charged in full and refunded upon return. Does not included logo'd samples which are non-returnable.

6) How fast can you deliver logo'd products
We average 7-10 days from artwork and order acknowledgement sign off. Sometimes this can expand to 10-14 working days in peak seasons. Please call us on 028 92613882 if you have a very tight deadline.

9) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Access, Mastercard and Visa, or Switch, Solo and other debit cards. Your card will be charged on dispatch of the goods to you. You can also pay by cheque - simply send your cheque by post to:

10) Can we open a credit account?
We require payment with your 1st order and then an Instant credit account is opened with a £250 initial limit. Sorry, we can not open accounts for individuals.
11) Will you send me junk emails?
Absolutely not. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only send you further information about our products if you request it at the point of registering or ordering.
12) How do I cancel my order?
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel the order as long as we have not already dispatched it. Please call us on 028 92613882 or orders@discountworkwear4u.com. 13) How do I change my personal details?
If you wish to change any of your details (address, email address, telephone etc), please click on 'My Account' at the top of the page and you will be able to make as many amendments as you wish.
14) I have forgotten my password.
